Prior to leading his own lending group, Mr. Cushner was honored and recognized for his 23 plus years of work in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Conventional Mortgage Banking, and REO Sales and Marketing. Experience Cushner Capital Group is led by a veteran of over 30 years of residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and conventional and sub-prime lending. Michael Cushner became licensed real estate agent in 1985, just after graduating from UCSD in La Jolla, CA. He has been a California licensed real estate broker since 1998.
